Transcriptomic differential gene expression in polarized RAW 264.7 cells treated with Hydroprotopine

The aim was to eluci-date the alterations in key pathways associated with Hydroprotopine treatment and to further ex-plore the underlying mechanism behind Hydroprotopine's impact on the inflammatory phenotype of macrophages. In order to investigate the expression of differential genes in polarized RAW 264.7 cells subjected to Hydroprotopine treatment, a comparison was made between the genomes of cells treated with LPS alone and those treated with both LPS and Hydroprotopine.
