Dataset of MolEdit: Versatile Molecular Editing via Multimodal and Group-optimized Generative Learning

This repository hosts the dataset utilized for the development of MolEdit. The corresponding research paper, titled "Versatile Molecular Editing via Multimodal and Group-optimized Generative Learning" details the application and validation of these data. The dataset comprises two primary subdatasets: the widely used QM9 dataset and a carefully curated subset of the ZINC dataset, which includes approximately 10,000 molecules.
