全球台风路径数据集（2018）

本报告依据灾害影响范围、受灾人口、经济损失及社会影响，选取台风"山竹"（2018年9月10日至18日）、台风“潭美”（2018年9月28日至10月1日）、台风“利奇马”（2019年8月4日至13日）典型事件，分析热带气旋的移动路径和降水过程，评估灾害影响范围及人口、建筑、交通和植被等受影响状况，探究不同防灾减灾措施对实现联合国《2030年可持续发展目标（SDGs）》的贡献与启示。This report selects three typical typhoon events—Typhoon Mangkhut (September 10–18, 2018), Typhoon Trami (September 28–October 1, 2018), and Typhoon Lekima (August 4–13, 2019)—based on disaster-affected scope, affected population, economic losses and social impacts. It analyzes the movement tracks and precipitation processes of tropical cyclones, evaluates the disaster-affected scope and the status of affected factors including population, buildings, transportation and vegetation, and explores the contributions and implications of various disaster prevention and mitigation measures for the realization of the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
