面向高速超导电子器件研究,开展基于NbN SIS结的NbN TFF器件制备工艺和性能表征研究,研发了基于NbN SIS结的NbN RSFQ微加工工艺流程,并对制备工艺中的关键工艺进行了优化,通过多次迭代过程,确定了相关关键工艺的工艺参数,并对这些工艺参数所制备的材料特性和工艺效果进行了测试和表征,利用制备工艺完成了NbN TFF器件,通过其电学特性的测试结果验证基于NbN SIS结的NbN RSF
