The goal of this study is investigating microbial community and antimicrobial resistance gene (ARG) profile changes of greywater after treatment by a recirculating vertical flow constructed wetland (RVFCW). Using metagenomic sequencing data, holistic overview of the relevant taxa and ARGs in greywater can provide valuable information for hazard identification of quantitative microbial risk assessment.
