Replication Data For: Anti-apoptotic BCL-2 binds to and inhibits all three IP3R isoforms, thereby limiting the Ca2+-flux properties of IP3R homo-tetramers

This dataset includes all underlying data integrated in the publication in Open Biology by de Ridder et al. and contains all data necessary to replicate the published figures. The data consist of densitometric western blot data, numerical calcium traces of Fura-2 ratio, Cal520 and mtCEPIA emission over time, quantification of numerical parameters of intracellular calcium responses. All data was acquired using various Hek293 cells deficient for all native IP3R isoforms and reconstituted with one of three IP3R isoforms (HEK3KO+IP3Rx).
