This dataset accompanies the doctoral research on the Multi-Level Annotation Ontology (MLAO), a semantic model designed to represent annotations as complex interpretive acts across multiple conceptual layers. It includes RDF serializations, SPARQL queries, and example annotations derived from the two case studies discussed in the thesis used to test the ontology’s capacity to model scholarly interpretation, provenance, and human–machine collaboration.
