资源简介:
Data on seasonal abundance and phenology of multitrophic food webs from plants to insects to birds for a network of eight cloud forest landscapes across a 1700-3100 m elevation and 1000-2500 mm rainfall gradient in northern Perú, 2015-2019. Avian reproductive phenology output on a daily time-step for 133 bird species based on 10 000 captures of uniquely marked individuals across the network (including hummingbirds), as well as 318 nests. The combined-breeding model included active plus backdated reproductive and related events controlling for effort. Data were modeled using generalized additive mixed models with a cyclic cubic regression spline. Seasonal abundance of bird-pollinated flowers and bird-dispersed fruit from point-transects. Long-term arthropod biomass means from Newell et al. (2023) and in situ weather data from Newell et al. (2022). Additional samples from the different taxa available for future analyses. Weather data collection with Andean communities is ongoing. If you are interested in using the data please contact the authors. It is important that analysts understand field data and that all contributors are recognized appropriately in open science. We would be happy to speak with you.
