Identification of Bacteria Associated with Bovine Clinical Mastitis

This study reports the isolation and identification of bacterial pathogens associated with clinical mastitis in dairy cows. Milk samples collected from dairy farms in Gazipur district, Bangladesh and affected milk samples were cultured using standard microbiological methods, and representative isolates were identified based on phenotypic characteristics, biochemical properties and 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The data contribute to understanding the bacterial diversity involved in bovine mastitis and support further research on mastitis pathogenesis and control.
