Transcriptome sequencing of intestinal porcine epithelial cell (IPEC-J2) between METTL3 knockdown (shMETTL3) and Control group (shCtrl)

In general, the intestinal porcine epithelial cell (IPEC-J2) is an efficient cell model for the examination of underlying mechanism behind the host anti-pathogen. Emerging evidence reported the importance of METTL3 in modulating host cell innate immune responses. We established the METTL3-silenced IPEC-J2 cells with a knockdown efficiency of 62.5%. To delineate the METTL3-mediated regulation of IPEC-J2 cells, we performed a comparative transcriptome sequencing between METTL3 knockdown and control cells.
