Weigh 0.50 g of soil samples cultured in microcosm for 0, 28, and 56 days respectively, and use FastDNA ® SPIN Kit for Soils kit (MP Biomedicals) extracts DNA according to its instructions, 1.5% agarose gel electrophoresis detects DNA quality, and NanoDrop ND-1000 spectrophotometer detects DNA concentration and purity. High throughput sequencing was commissioned to Shanghai Meiji Company on the Illumina MiSeq platform, using Qiime 2 and default parameters to remove low-quality sequences. Based on a 99% sequence identity threshold, amplified sequence variants (ASVs) were classified and compared with the Silva 132 database to determine the systematic classification of the sequences. A total of 45 samples and 35139 ASVs were obtained, with the first column indicating the ASV number, the last column indicating the corresponding systematic classification, and the middle column indicating the sample number. B represents the black soil sample from 0 day ; F represents the fluvo-aquic soil sample from 0 day; R represents the red soil sample from day 0; 28BATZ and 28BCK represent black soil samples cultured for 28 days with and without the atrazine, respectively; 56BATZ and 56BCK represent black soil samples cultured for 56 days with and without the atrazine, respectively; 28FATZ and 28FCK represent fluvo-aquic soil samples cultured for 28 days with and without the atrazine, respectively; 56FATZ and 56FCK represent fluvo-aquic soil samples cultured for 56 days with and without the atrazine, respectively; 28RATZ and 28RCK represent red soil samples cultured for 28 days with and without the addition of atrazine, respectively; 56RATZ and 56RCK represent red soil samples cultured for 56 days with and without the addition of atrazine, respectively.
