Next generation sequencing (NGS) is performed to identify differences in the transcriptome between LPS-activated wild-type (WT), CDK2-knockdown (CDK2-KD), and JUN-knockdown (JUN-KD) THP1 cells, in order to identify the underlying signaling pathway related to the CDK2-JUN-ACOD1 axis.
