Copper mine production in Argentina 2012-2023

Argentina's copper production experienced a mostly continual decline in the past decade, as its Alumbrera mine approached the end of its productive lifespan. From 2019 to 2023, there was no copper production reported in the South American country, down from over 135 thousand metric tons produced in 2012.
