围绕大数据“聚、通、用”，搭建集文化、文物博物、旅游和广播电视于一体的产业大数据服务平台。建设内容包括“一中心、三平台、一条链”，“一中心”即全市文旅大数据中心；“三平台”分别是管理服务平台、公共服务平台和产业服务平台；“一条链”即基于区块链技术的“文旅链”，作为文旅数字藏品平台打造的底层技术。

Focusing on the "gathering, sharing and application" of big data, an industrial big data service platform integrating culture, cultural relics and museums, tourism and radio and television is built. The construction content includes "one center, three platforms and one chain": the "one center" refers to the city-level cultural and tourism big data center; the "three platforms" are the management service platform, public service platform and industrial service platform respectively; the "one chain" is the "Cultural and Tourism Chain" based on blockchain technology, which serves as the underlying technology for constructing the cultural and tourism digital collection platform.
