Fold Change (log2)

DescriptionThe archive contains one file for each of the 8 panels. It contains fold change (FC) values (log2). The log2 FC values were generated for each of those exposures: PT2 vs PT1 (hyperthermic, post-acclimation vs hyperthermic, pre-acclimation)PR2 vs PR1 (normothermic, post-acclimation vs normothermic, pre-acclimation)PT2 vs PR2 (hyperthermic, post-acclimation vs normothermic, post-acclimation)PT1 vs PR1 (hyperthermic, pre-acclimation vs normothermic, pre-acclimation)To generate the log2 fold change from NPX data, the NPX were transformed from log2 scale to linear scale. Then, for each exposure, the mean across the 10 participants were used. The FC (log2 scale) was then computed by dividing the two means and by transforming the ratio to the log2 scale.
