Protein Cotranslational Folding in the Age of AI — data and analysis code

Supporting data and analysis code for the FEBS Letters perspective "Protein Cotranslational Folding in the Age of AI" (Rojas-Espinoza, Pintor-Soria, Pérez-Segura & Farías-Rico). Includes the in-house TXTL/sfGFP cotranslational fluorescence force-profile dataset (Figures 3, S3, S4), generative conformational ensembles (P2DFlow, AlphaFlow — Figures 5–7), input seeds/MSAs, derived figure-source tables, and all pipeline/analysis scripts.
