mRNA encoded Cas13a targeting Dengue virus

Here we expressed, by mRNA and crRNA transfection, Cas13a targeted to Dengue virus to specifically degrade viral RNA. We have delivered this both in vitro, in infected cells, and in vivo, in uninfected animals. These experiments demonstrated the specificity of the approach to Dengue Virus RNA.
