Trichoderma hunua isolate:TD 16 Raw sequence reads

Trichoderma genus is one of the eco-friendly microorganisms conferred with the most effective mechanisms for combating soil and seed-borne plant pathogens. Moreover, it reduces chemical contamination, improves nutrient uptake efficiency, strengthens plant resistance, and promotes plant development. Trichoderma hunua (Isolate number: TD16) was isolated from the forest soils of the Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh, India. The T. hunua exhibited potential biocontrol activity against a seed-borne and soil-borne phytopathogenic fungus Macrophomina phaseolina.
