Next-generation sequencing facilitates quantitative analysis of DNAM-1+ and DNAM-1- natural killer (NK) cells transcriptomes in mouse MLL-AF9 AML leukemia

The goals of this study aim to reveal functional and phenotypic diversity of DNAM-1+ and DNAM-1- natural killer (NK) cells in response to the microenvironmental cues in mouse acute myeloid leukemia. Overall design: Compare transcriptomes of DNAM-1+ and DNAM-1- natural killer (NK) cells in acute myeloid leukemia.
