The physical origin of the radio emission of Radio-Quiet AGN remains broadlyunclear. The observation of flat/inverted radio spectra at GHz frequenciessupport the presence of an unresolved synchrotron self-absorbed region close tothe supermassive black hole. If true its size should be of the order of theX-ray corona size when observed in the millimetric (mm) domain. Simultaneousfast X-ray and mm variabilities are then expected. We propose to observe asample of RQ AGN simultaneously in X-ray and mm. Whether the fast variability isdetected or not it will in any case put strong physical constraints on theemitting plasma. The XMM and NOEMA call being not phased this XMM proposal isthe first step of the project. It will be followed by the submission of a NOEMA proposal. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
