TumE estimates for the evolutionary mode, number of subclones, and subclone frequency in 88 whole-genome or whole-exome sequenced samples. Note that for completeness, we provide quantitative estimates for ALL parameters across all models. A python package for TumE can be found at https://github.com/tomouellette/TumE. Note that all PCAWG samples have ICGC specimen ids—these can be linked to aliquot ids via publicly available information on the ICGC data repository.
