Whole-genome resequencing-based genomic characterization of Sikkim Primitive maize - a prolific landrace of North eastern India

The project is about whole-genome re-sequencing-based genomic characterization of Sikkim Primitive maize. It contains data from seven maize inbreds, including one inbred, MGUSP101 (derived from the Sikkim Primitive Landrace). Sikkim Primitive is known for its prolificacy in maize, and this study aimed to perform a genetic analysis of its prolificacy.
