Increased accumulation of genomic rearrangement of plastid genome of Arabidopsis using plastid-targeted forms of restriction endonucleases

Induced genomic rearrangement of plastid genome of Arabidopsis thaliana. For Col-0 , Col-0 treated with 0.50 micromolar ciprofloxacin (CIP), 35Spro:pTaqI(G) line, 35Spro:pTaqI(V) line, heat-treated Col-0, heat-treated HSPpro:pTaqI line, heat-treated HSPpro:pHinP1I line, and heat-treated HSPpro:pMseI line, sequencing libraries were prepared using the TruSeq Nano DNA Library Prep Kit (Illumina) and the libraries were sequenced using HiSeq 2500 (Illumina). For Col-0 treated with 0.25 micromolar CIP, a sequencing library was prepared using Illumina TruSeq Nano DNA (Illumina), and the library was sequenced using HiSeq X (Illumina).
