To investigate the function of a luxR-type regulator, acrR, in Acidovorax citrulli Aac-5 strain, we generated an acrR mutant strain based on wildtype strain Aac-5, and compaired the gene expression differences between the two strains by employing the RNA-seq. The transcriptomic analysis of the acrR mutant strain and the wildtype strain Aac-5 will reveal the regultory function of the transcript regulatory acrR in Acidovorax citrulli.
