HPRC Pangenomes: Minigraph-CACTUS (GRCh38-Based). Human Pangenome Reference Consortium Pangenomes Built With Minigraph-CACTUS (GRCh38-Based)

Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) BioProject for Minigraph-CACTUS pangenomes that use GRCh38 as the reference sequence. The Minigraph-CACTUS pangenome pipeline adds base-level alignments to Minigraph graphs using the CACTUS genome aligner. The pangenome included in this data BioProject was constructed with GRCh38 (included as the reference assembly) and CHM13 as well as 88 assemblies from the HPRC.
