All data used for data visualizations, ordinations, and logistic regression analysis. Each record refers to either a behavior-specific Pinyon Jay location or a control site. Each record includes various locational and data category attributes, including decimal latitude and longitude, along with all habitat attributes considered for inclusion in analysis, as described in Table 2. All attribute headers are sufficiently explicit to be self-explanatory when viewed in conjunction with Table 2. Definitions of codes for habitat types (which were not used in any analysis or data visualization) are available in Alexander 1988 [60]. Missing data are intrinsic to the FIA data set.
