Manipulation of JNK dynamics by Anisomycin

Single Cell KTR measurements of the JNK KTR with cells dosed with variable regimens of anisomycin to initiate either a sustained, transient, or pulsed response. Data contains Matlab files corresponding to 4 separate conditions (control, sustained, transient, or pulsed) along with arrays corresponding to the time points and sample Names. KTR traces were smoothed using a 5-window moving mean.
