资源简介:

The dataset contains the cleaned thermal camera data, the major degassing event onset and the raw microphone signal from the ten consecutive days of acquisition of Rings and Sbof (cf. manuscript) degassing activity in Bocca Nuova from 23rd July 2023 till 2nd August 2023. The dataset consists of 11 MATLAB files and 2 CSV files. The two CSV files are named according to the acquisition mode (e.g., Manual), the type of data (e.g., Onset) the data from which the onset is taken (e.g., bt&bt, ac&bt ) with “bt” for brightness temperature and “ac” for acoustic, and the date (e.g., 2307). The files contains the manual onset time (hour ; min ; sec ; millisec), and the time delay between the two signals for Sbof and Rings signals of four degassing events. The CSV file named “Manual_bt&bt_onset2307” also contain the corresponding gas velocity and volume. Four MATLAB files are named according to the acquisition mode (e.g., SemiAuto, Auto), the type of data (e.g., Onset, TimeInterval), the data from which the onset in taken for tree of the five MATLAB files (e.g., bt&bt and ac&bt) and the date (e.g., 2307, 2307-0108). The “SemiAuto” matlab files is composed of four matrix divided in three columns. The first column contains the number of the event, the onset time written in the date and time information (local hour; UTC+1) stored as numerical values in the datenum format, which represent the number of days elapsed since January 1, 0000, and the pressure/temperature correlated. The “Auto” matlab files contain 4 tables with the onset time written as follow: 5 columns with the number of the event, the date, hour, minutes, seconds and milliseconds. The MATLAB file named "TimeInterval_2307-0108" countain the interval of time between Major and Minor event (cf. Results) and its associated @findpeaks picking time (cf. Methods). The two MATLAB files named according to the type of data (e.g., BrightnessTemperature, Acoustic) contains the main dataset: which is the (i) brightness temperature anomaly detected above both vent Rings and Sbof (cf. Material manuscript) from the two lines; L1 and L2 with the according time (e.g., 2307-0108; Figure 4 of the manuscript, represented on Figure 2) and (ii) the acoustic signal of the 10 days of field (Figure 4). Both files contain the time and signal associated with each day. Four MATLAB files named according to the vent (e.g., Rings, Sbof), followed by “Segments”, the type of segmented data (e.g., bt&bt, ac&bt), and the date “2307”, group the acoustic and thermal signal segments of Sbof and Rings during major events detected above either the Rings or Sbof vent on 23/07/2023 (cf. Methods). Each segment has its correlated timestamp. For both Rings and Sbof, the segments are cut separately in every situation in order to identify possible overlaps between events and avoid misattributing activity from Sbof to Rings, or vice versa. The dataset is graphically represented in the manuscript, particularly in Figures 4,5, 6, and 7.
