Also known as a Havana Silk Dog, the Havanese is a joyful and peppy member of the toy group and is the only dog breed native to Cuba. Small but sturdy in stature, the Havanese has an average weight ranging from seven to fourteen pounds and is popular for its adaptable, people-pleasing nature.
