The Gum Road Target Planning Area (TPA) was established in 2002. The purpose of the Gum Road TPA includes, but is not limited to providing infrastructure improvements within and surrounding the Solid Waste Transfer Facility and Gum Swamp. With the exception of building permit review fees, all development application review fees associated with Comprehensive Plan amendments, rezonings, subdivisions, site plans and concurrency are waived in the Gum Road TPA.
