Sequencing of transcriptome involved in porcine intestinal organoids infected with different generations of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) and MOCK-infected

Purpose:The differences of host regulatory networks mediated by different generations of PEDV strains were explored by transcriptome sequencing.Method:The high generation PEDV-infected group(P120), low generation PEDV-infected group(P16) and mock-infected group received samples at 12, 24 and 36 hours post infection, and each group had three replicates at each time point.Conclusion: our study is the first to analyze the changes of gene transcription level of host cells caused by different generations of PEDV infection by using the pig intestinal organoid model. It provides a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of PEDV.
