Whole-genome sequencing of new Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma atroviride, and Trichoderma reesei strains.
收藏资源简介:
Members of the genus Trichoderma have been widely used as biofungicides, biofertilizers, and as model fungi for the industrial production of carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes). In this context, the study of Trichoderma genomes could expand the understanding of their ecological traits; thus, improving their biotechnological applications. Herein, using the PacBio Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) Sequencing (HiFi sequencing method), we performed whole-genome sequencing and assembly of Trichoderma species, including Trichoderma harzianum IOC-3844 (Th3844), Trichoderma harzianum CBMAI-0179 (Th0179), Trichoderma atroviride CBMAI-00020 (Ta0020), and Trichoderma reesei CBMAI-0711 (Tr0711). The resulting assembly revealed ab initio total gene structures prediction. The annotation of the predicted CDS sequences from the evaluated strains genes revealed CAZymes, distribution and orthology analyses.
