Pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (PSC-CMs) were transplanted into rats for one month to determine the change in morphology, structure, and function. Single cell RNA seq analysis was performed to compared the transcriptome of in vivo matured PSC-CMs to adult rat cardiomyocytes and in vitro cultured PSC-CMs.
将多能干细胞衍生心肌细胞(Pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes, PSC-CMs)移植至大鼠体内,培养周期为一个月,旨在探究其形态、结构与功能的变化。通过单细胞RNA测序(single cell RNA seq)分析,对比体内成熟PSC-CMs与成年大鼠心肌细胞、体外培养PSC-CMs的转录组特征。
