Bacillus cereus SBI_S10_SBT_BD Raw sequence reads

Bacillus cereus is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, spore-forming bacterium commonly found in soil, food, and the environment. It is also one of the most important microorganisms for enzyme production, as it produces heat-stable amylase, protease, and gelatinase enzymes. The objective of this study was to explore the presence of various enzyme-related genes in SBI_S10_SBT_BD isolated from the soil of BSCIC Tannery industrial State, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh for potential future industrial applications.
