The trajectory of system-level host response against infection provides a comprehensive host immune response, which is unknown in Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus (CCHFV) infection. Here, we reported the temporal spectrum of pathogenesis following the CCHFV infection using genome-wide transcriptomics analysis of the whole blood followed by advanced systems biology analysis, digital cell quantification, temporal pathogenic alterations, and context-specific group and personalized genome-scale metabolic models (GSMM).
