Replication Data for: Reducing the bias due to unknown relationships in measuring the steepness of a dominance hierarchy

This repository contains the R scripts and dataset to reproduce results from our paper. It includes an R script to calculate the steepness of hierarchy with the methodology proposed in the paper, with a working example. The processed data are the results we used in the paper; since Monte Carlo simulations are random, results can differ in new runs.
