Whole genome sequencing from Ovarian Cancer Cell lines. Chromosomal Instability in High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer

We used a panel of seven cell lines as a representative model for human High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer. We used the cell lines for various assays to investigate which mechanisms might be driving chromosomal instability in ovarian cancer, including whole genome sequencing to investigate copy number alterations and breakpoints.
