Molecular classification of primary cultures of glioblastoma multiforme

Primary cultures of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) were isolated from samples provided as section of areas immediately adjacent to the region used for the histopathological diagnosis and cultured in defined media. Transcriptomic analysis was performed with high-quality RNA extracted from cells after early passages in cultures (<2 passages). Molecular classification of 12 primary cultures of GBM using Agilent-028004 SurePrint G3 Human GE 8x60K Microarrays.
