Reference DNA minimizer background index using FDA-ARGOS and RefSeq Virus for Deacon version 0.12.0 (format version 3)

This dataset comprises two prebuild minimizer indexes for all 988 complete FDA-ARGOS bacterial reference genomes (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-11306-6) including plasmids and 17,900 complete viral genomes from RefSeq Virus.
