本数据集主要面向材料淬火态、回火态两种状态下的组织性能差异进行研究。基于热处理模拟软件COSMAP分别对汽车变速器减速器从动齿轮和差速器齿轮进行渗碳淬火+低温回火处理,分析了淬火态和回火态两种状态下三个位置(齿顶、齿宽、齿根)的渗碳层、过渡层、心部金相组织差异,研究了渗层边缘到心部硬度值变化规律,并测量了渗碳层的厚度,以及齿宽部位的变形量分布。硬度分布、硬化层深度、碳含量、显微组织委托具有CNAS资质的实验室,分别依据GB/T 4340.1-2009《金属材料 维氏硬度试验 第1部分:试验方法》和GB/T 9450-2005《钢件渗碳淬火硬化层深度的测定和校核》、GB/T 20123-2006《钢铁 总碳硫含量的测定 高频感应炉燃烧后红外吸收法(常规方法)》、GB/T 25744-2010《钢件渗碳淬火回火金相检验》标准进行检测。
This dataset is primarily developed for research on the differences in microstructure and mechanical properties between materials in the quenched and tempered states. Using the heat treatment simulation software COSMAP, carburizing quenching and low-temperature tempering treatments were conducted separately on the driven gear of the automotive transmission reducer and the differential gear. The differences in metallographic structures of the carburized layer, transition layer and core at three positions (tooth tip, tooth width and tooth root) under both quenched and tempered states were analyzed. We also investigated the variation pattern of hardness values from the edge of the carburized layer to the core, and measured the thickness of the carburized layer as well as the deformation distribution in the tooth width region. Hardness distribution, case depth, carbon content and microstructure were tested by a CNAS-accredited laboratory in accordance with the following standards: GB/T 4340.1-2009 "Metallic materials — Vickers hardness test — Part 1: Test method", GB/T 9450-2005 "Determination and verification of case depth for carburized and quenched steel parts", GB/T 20123-2006 "Steel and iron — Determination of total carbon and sulfur content — High frequency induction furnace combustion infrared absorption method (routine method)", and GB/T 25744-2010 "Metallographic examination of carburized, quenched and tempered steel parts".
