Residential Health Complaints

Description: Each point represents a residential health complaint. Data Source is Accela Residential Health Complaint Data which is updated daily. The purpose of this dataset is to merge Accela Residential Health complaint data with geolocation data used to accurately map complaint and violation data as well as to disaggregate it by neighborhood and city council district on two public-facing Residential Health Power BI dashboards. Data is imported from Accela, merged with relevant tables and cleaned to get holistic complaint data. Data goes through quality assurance checks with team once a month. The dataset is then joined with latitude, longitude, neighborhood, and city council district geo location data and published to AGOL daily. Retention policy is 4 years. Data quality is Good.
