3D Coral Reefs dataset, containing the 3D mapping data of multiple coral reefs in Indonesia, including 90,289 raw GoPro images and some color-corrected images. The dataset also includes additional data such as camera poses, 3D point clouds, 3D polygonal meshes, orthomosaics, annotations, and 3D Gaussian Splatting models. Some of the data is used for training coral species classification models.
