The complete chloroplast genome of Artemisia selengensis Turcz var. shansiensis (Qinghao in Chinese)

we sequenced and annotated complete chloroplast genome of A. selengensis Turcz var. shansiensis and compared it with other species within the Artemisia family. We systematically analysed chloroplast genomic characteristics of these Artemisia species for comparison with A. selengensis Turcz var. shansiensis and developed credible molecular markers to identify individual species.
