The Imagenex Delta-T 837B Sonar 4772 was deployed on 2024-06-13 at Barkley Canyon Hydrates. Barkley Canyon Hydrates denotes a gas hydrate field within Barkley Canyon. This device is a Multibeam Rotary Sonar. Multibeam Rotary Sonars (MRS) are devices used in underwater imaging. The use of wide beam and high speed, allows the display of an image from a wide field of view in a video-like fashion.
