RNA-seq of intragastric administration ofPien Tze Huang treatment on diabetic ulcers

Diabetic wound healing is a complex and challenging complication for the patients with diabetes mellitus, and current strategies cannot fulfill the patients requirements. Pien Tze Huang , consisting of Bezoar, musk, Panax notoginseng and Snake bile, which is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and has been proved to have an effect on hepatitis, various chronic wounds, and cancers. So, to investigated the effect of intragastric administration of PZH on wound healing in diabetic rats induced by high fat diet followed by STZ injection, and reveal the underlying mechanism.
