This data is applicable to scenarios including statistical analysis of solder paste defects (such as insufficient solder, misalignment, solder bridging, etc.), mounting quality traceability, stencil optimization, and defect location heatmap analysis, which can significantly improve process yield and reduce downstream rework costs.
