Endpoint PCR coupled with capillary electrophoresis (celPCR) provides sensitive and quantitative measures of environmental DNA in singleplex and multiplex reactions

sets accompanying the titled publication. The spreadsheet "all data SP MP ddPCR" contains the original data set obtained from the dilution series experiment, "all data SP MP ddPCR noolgrub" contains the same data set, but after outlier removal. "all data SP MP ddPCR no min" contains the outlier-free dilution series data, but without the lowest dilution step at which not all reactions resulted positive. "dill dat SP predict" and "dill dat MP predict" contain the mean concentrations for each dilution step and "test_set_fl" contains the multiplex celPCR results and dPCR results obtained from screening field-collected samples.
