RNA-Seq Dataset of Talaromyces Marneffei Infected Mouse Brain Cortex

The mice in the infection group were intravenously injected with 200 microliters of Talaromyces Marneffei conidia at a dose of 2×107 colony-forming units per microliter, while the control group received an equivalent volume of saline injection. Immediately, mice were intraperitoneally injected with the immunosuppressant cyclophosphamide (CTX, 200 mg/kg) every three days for a total of four injections. RNA samples were pooled into two biological replicates (n=2) per group for RNA-Seq analysis. Trimmomatic software was utilized for quality control analysis of the original data, while HTSeq was employed to quantify gene expression levels.
