DeepMG: Dataset and pretrained model artifacts for molecular glue-mediated degradation activity prediction

This record contains large dataset-related artifacts and pretrained DeepMG model checkpoints required to reproduce the DeepMG framework for molecular glue-mediated degradation activity prediction. The files include protein representations, Uni-Mol molecular representations, cached graph data, protein structure files, and pretrained model checkpoints.
