Programmable Protein Reference Standards for benchmarking sub-10 nm Fluorescence Microscopy

Representative raw/source datasets supporting the manuscript “Programmable protein reference standards for benchmarking sub-10-nm fluorescence microscopy”. This repository contains representative raw microscopy datasets together with corresponding processed data and analysis outputs for selected figure panels. The datasets were selected to allow assessment of raw data quality and the processing and analysis underlying the reported results. The complete raw dataset generated in this study amounts to several terabytes, primarily due to the large single-molecule fluorescence microscopy acquisitions. This repository therefore contains representative datasets rather than the complete raw data collection. Complete raw datasets for individual experiments, figure panels or acquisition series can be provided by the corresponding authors upon request.
